Our Story
We, the founders of Blue Coastal Vacation Rentals, have owned property on Captiva Island for many years and have been vacationing on the islands for almost two decades. After years of trying to find the right fit for a company to manage our properties, we decided to start our own vacation rental company. We saw a void that could be filled by attention to detail, communication, transparency, and great marketing. We have been guests and owners on the islands and we know what it takes to keep all parties pleased in paradise.
Our Team
Blue Coastal has a wonderful team of professionals to keep your rental property in top shape, well marketed and rented. You can feel confident in our carefully selected team of maintenance staff, reservation and customer service agents, marketing director, cleaning staff and owner relation director. It takes a village but for your ease and convenience all the coordinating will be behind the scenes.
Meet the Manager
Our manager Ryan carries a great deal of experience in the hospitality industry from different sides of the spectrum. Ryan has traveled to over 50 countries, working as a concierge in a high-end Queenstown, New Zealand hotel to managing a guesthouse in Seoul, South Korea to various positions within the Marriott brand. This is in addition to the 100s of properties that he has stayed in as a guest around the world allowing him to gain a strong sense of what works and what it takes for a guest to be satisfied during a stay and want to return. As a bonus, Ryan also has a degree in Marketing. These skills and experience allow Ryan and his team to keep both guests and property owners happy.
