One Week Itinerary for Captiva Island 2025: A Guide for Fun, Relaxation and Dining

One Week Itinerary for Captiva Island: A Guide for Fun, Relaxation and Dining

Captiva Island, a true gem on Florida’s Gulf Coast, perfectly balances relaxation and adventure. While the area faced challenges from two hurricanes in 2024, recovery is well underway, and the island looks better with each passing day. Unfortunately, the beloved Mucky Duck restaurant will remain closed for the foreseeable future, but most shops and restaurants are back in business or set to reopen soon.

From breathtaking beaches and unique wildlife encounters to mouthwatering cuisine, our one-week itinerary helps you experience the best of this tropical paradise. Tip: Be sure to make dining reservations, as some restaurants operate on a reservation-only basis. Google Map links are included for easy navigation!

We will also give you further detailed information about the current states of the beaches of Captiva soon on our social media, as well as the blog.
